X MUSSEL FESTIVAL EN RIANXO
Opmega participates in the XI Festa do Mexillón, which was held in Rianxo on August 6 and 7, collaborating with the organization of the event, making mussel food available for the tastings that took place. During the celebration of the same, mussels were prepared in vinaigrette, steamed, in empanada (corn and wheat), seafood style, it was also possible to purchase a tasting menu voucher with 3 recipes. The party is organized by the Gastronomic and Cultural Association of the Festa do Mexillón de Rianxo and the local Rowing Club. 400 kilos of mussel food and 1,200 kilos of shelled mussels were cooked. Thousands of people came to the venue, including many vacationers who delighted in trying the different preparations.
