“Stars of de way”
Opmega had the pleasure of participating yesterday, Monday the 5th, in a new edition of “Estrelas no camiño de Santiago”, a Solidarity Gastronomic Event promoted by Casa Barqueiro in Negreira (A Coruña), a total of 33 professionals with a total of 72 Michelin stars participated on this day Around 370 people, together with the chefs, were able to taste, among others, various mussel preparations from Opmega producers’ rafts prepared by chef Miguel Mosteiro. The attendance of so many internationally renowned chefs makes this event a gastronomic benchmark at a European level.
Agaxfra X Fragil Galicia, has been the recipient of the benefits that were collected at the dinner and in the subsequent festival.
