
“Open Bateas” day with different media
Despite the weather forecast, the “Bateas Abertas” day was held without rain and with spectacular light. The day began in the morning with a boat trip from the port of Vilanova and during the two hours that the journey lasted, a young mussel producer, Celia Herbón, along with the board of directors, explained to the journalists the “exciting” work that was makes in the raft, being able to see in situ how the mussel is prepared so that it can be unloaded at the different docks, at the end of the journey they were able to taste different specialties prepared by the chef Miguel Mosteiro, you can expand the news in the following links:
