Magnificent public reception at the showcooking carried out by the brilliant chef Miguel Mosteiro held on Friday, March 25 at the facilities of the I Feira Aquafuture Spain’22, in which he prepared 3 dishes, where diners were able to taste the different ways of preparing the mussel from the cultivation of the rafts of our producers.
