
Opmega at PortAmerica: the mussel as a protagonist
Opmega was present at the PortAmérica Festival as an official sponsor, reaffirming our commitment to culture, gastronomy and the promotion of mussels as a healthy, versatile and quality product.
During the festival, we had our own food truck in the gastronomic area, where we offered the public a selection of tapas made from mussels. A proposal designed to bring this product to new audiences and demonstrate its culinary potential in an informal and tasty format.
In addition, in the ShowRocking space, renowned for bringing together some of the best chefs on the national scene, several Michelin-starred chefs prepared innovative recipes live with mussels as the main ingredient, highlighting their properties and versatility in haute cuisine.
Our participation in PortAmérica responds to the objective of promoting mussels from our mussel beds as a product of excellence, sustainable and full of flavour.
