Sailing gala 2022
Last Friday, February 24, in the town of As Pontes de García Rodríguez and organized by the RFGV, the Galician Sailing gala was held, in which the results and merits obtained by athletes throughout the year 2022 are recognized.
Opmega was present as a sponsor, providing food so that those present could see and taste the versatility of the mussel, the attendees were able to try different preparations cooked by chef Miguel Mosteiro, such as;
- Mussels in spicy seafood sauce.
- Marinated marinated mussels.
- Mussel and chorizo empanada.
- Mussels toast with cream of roasted vegetables
