The Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global fair has been visited by more than 33,000 people, 2,078 exhibiting companies from 87 countries, where Opmega was present to publicize the activity of our associates and gain visibility by strengthening business relationships in all markets , presenting a top quality product. Chef Miguel Mosteiro has been in charge of delighting visitors by preparing 10 original recipes such as “mussel pie with konbu seaweed”, mussels in Thai sauce”, “mussels with choco sauce from the estuary”,… were tasted More than 4,000 servings demonstrating the versatility of our mussel product, which is marketed by Opmega partners, considered a quality, healthy, environmentally sustainable food that also convinces the palate, in all its versions.Eating mussels is investing in health. We had the pleasure of receiving the visit of the General Secretary for Fisheries, Isabel Artime and the General Director of Planning and Aquaculture, Ignacio Gandarias; The president of Opmega, Ricardo Herbón, accompanied by the board of directors, were able to discuss different issues with them, announcing the different initiatives deployed by the OP within the framework of the 2023 production and marketing plans.
