Ingredients (4 people)
- 1/2 kg of beans
- 4 kg of mussels
- Water
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- Parsley
- Oil
Preparation:
In a pan cook the beans for about an hour and a half, adding an onion and a clove of garlic. In a frying pan we braise onion, garlic and parsley, to make a stir-frying we add a little breadcrumb. Put in a clay pot adding the previously cooked fry, beans and mussels. They are served in the same pan.
Observation:
It is advisable to leave the beans to soak all night.
